Q: Are you based in Ireland?

A: Yes, we are 100% Irish owned and Irish based. We currently operate out of Carlow. 

Q:Will my plant arrive safely?

A: We take the utmost care when packing and sending your order out. We have boxes which are specially designed to ensure the safely of your plant. If for some reason your plant does arrived damaged you can send us some images to info@glasplants.ie

Q:Do you deliver?

A: Yes, we offer nationwide delivery. We take pride in delivering our plants to our customers. 

Q:How much does delivery cost?

A:Nationwide delivery is €9:50

Q:How long will delivery take?

A: Delivery timeframe is  3 - 7 working days. 

Q:Do you have a shop in which I can visit?

A: Currently we are just online. We hope to open a shop in the near future, but don't worry you will be the first to know !

Q:Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@glasplants.ie as we will be delighted to help you out. 

Q:Do you sell Gift Cards?

A: Yes, we do sell Gift Cards which can be purchased online. 

Q: If I am unhappy with my order what can I do?

A: Our customers are our main priority. We thrive ourselves on customer satisfaction. Please get in contact with with 24 hours of your purchase as we will happily review your problem.

Q:Are your plants pet friendly? 

A: Yes, we have a selection of plants which are pet friendly. 

A small selection of plants are toxic when digested so these should be avoided.
